IBRC 2022 will be held at the Hilton Austin Hotel and Convention Centre (500 East 4th Street, Austin TX 78701, USA) from 07 August to 12 August 2022 (click here for conference rate booking). The Hilton Austin is located centrally within the city with walking paths, restaurants, bars located within minutes of the hotel, and a 10 minute walk from the world famous Congress Avenue Bridge bat colony.

Hotel accommodations are not included in the IBRC registration fee. Attendees are responsible for booking their own local accommodations for the conference. Hotel rooms at the Hilton Austin will be available for a reduced cost for IBRC attendees. The Hilton Austin offers non-smoking rooms, free Wifi, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and an onsite restaurant.

The conference room rate is $195/night with no additional charges for booking single, double, or triple rooms.
