We have a limited number of premiere sponsorship opportunities, as well as many opportunities for contributor-level sponsors. All sponsors will be listed in the conference program, on the website, and acknowledged at the welcome reception. We greatly value your partnership in bringing this meeting to the global community of bat researchers and practitioners.

Premiere Sponsorship Opportunities
Global Student Spotlight Day ($15,000) - Claimed by Global South Bats
Support future scientists and policymakers with three premiere sponsorship events, a special Student Plenary Session, an evening Student Poster Session, and a special Networking Event where students can establish personal and professional connections, laying the groundwork for future potential collaborations.

BBQ Social and Networking Function ($12,500) - Claimed by Wildlife Acoustics
Following a day of workshops for capacity building, training, conservation planning, and professional development, will be a premiere off-site event which is catered for the entire society with a social hour, followed by a catered meal, and networking and socialization.

Diversity Breakfast ($7,500) - Claimed by Bat Conservation International
The Diversity Breakfast is a two-hour premiere event that will attract a large proportion of meeting attendees to discuss challenges and opportunities surrounding issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. This is an opportunity to align the equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives of our society with your organization's commitment to these ideals.

Welcome Reception ($5,000) - Claimed by Texas Parks and Wildlife
This evening reception at the conference hotel will kick off the week-long conference. We expect full attendance for the food and drink, and networking and socializing, which will  include a brief address to the full membership.

Closing Ceremonies/Banquet/Awards ($5,000)
The week closes with a celebratory event consisting of a one-hour networking social open to the full attendance of the meeting, the Closing Banquet, a ticketed event that is the precursor to the awards ceremony, and silent and live auctions which serve as entertainment for the entire membership.

Poster Session ($5,000) - Claimed by Titley Scientific
This function blends the academic program and networking and social functions, with full attendance, light snacks, and a cash bar, creating a collegial atmosphere in which to discuss research ideas and opportunities.

Breakfasts ($2,500) - Claimed by Copperhead Consulting, Species from Feces, and Holohil
Most conference attendees will gather in the breakfast space each morning, which provides an excellent opportunity for a sponsor to connect with membership through signage and other promotional opportunities.

In addition to the specific benefits described for each premiere sponsorship, all sponsorships contributing $5,000 or more will include an exhibitor package ($750 value) and the opportunity to host a vendor workshop ($1,000 value) during the conference.

Contributor Level Sponsorship
There are many opportunities for Contributor-level Sponsors to engage with our membership. As for premiere sponsors, all Contributor-level sponsors will be listed in the conference program, on the website, and acknowledged at the welcome reception.

Advertising: We offer several tiers of program advertising for Contributing sponsors:
Full page color ad ($4,000)
Half page color ad ($2,000)
Quarter page color ad ($1,500)
Quarter page black and white ad ($1,000)

Vendor Workshops ($1,000): A dedicated room in the main conference space is available for vendor workshops. Workshops will be scheduled in parallel to the conference program professional development workshops on Wednesday, and may also be scheduled during lunch periods. Vendor workshops will be advertised in the conference schedule and program, and may accommodate ~100 participants (exact capacity limit will depend on room configuration). There are a limited number of vendor workshops available, and premiere sponsors will be given priority.

Other creative ideas: Have another creative sponsorship idea? Let us know. We are excited to work together to identify sponsorship opportunities that benefit everyone. For example, we would like to make KN95 masks available to all attendees, a service which could be sponsored by your organization!

Put it together! For maximum impact, we recommend sponsors combine sponsorship opportunities to meet the needs of your organization. For example, a sponsorship package might include an Exhibitor Package, Vendor Workshop, and a quarter page color ad in the program for a combined sponsorship of $3,250.

We welcome inquiries about your unique ideas to promote your organization. Please reach out to Joy O’Keefe, chair of the NASBR Sponsorship Committee, for more information and to book your sponsorship (joyokeefe@gmail.com).
